CHARACTERISTICS
Colour/Reflections: Ruby red towards scarlet
Aroma: Intense and penetrating on the nose, signs of red fruits and spicy flavours with a subtle smoky, vanilla and iris hint
Flavour/Gusto: Full and encircling in the mouth, smooth and fine, with a long lasting aftertaste
Alcoholometry: 13,5% vol
Service temperature: 18 - 20°C
Gastronomic affinities: Very enjoyable and ideal to serve with red meat and all kinds of hunting
